WHAT CHANGED

You can now cancel an unsecured loan from a licensed moneylender within three business days of taking it.

YOUR DEADLINE

Three business days, not calendar days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count.

COST TO CANCEL

Repay what was disbursed plus the retained fee: S$50 on loans of S$5,000 or less, or 3.5% of the principal on larger loans.
